This Policy explains when refunds are available for services provided by Mikolaj Filip Hnatow (the "Studio").
1. Before Work Starts
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, the order amount is fully refundable.
2. After Work Starts
Once work has started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused effort. Completed deliverables and time already spent are not refundable.
3. Fixed-Price Deliverables
Fixed-price prototypes and design deliverables become non-refundable once they are delivered for review.
4. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be sent to hnatow@inbox.eu with the order number and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
