These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Mikolaj Filip Hnatow (the "Studio"). By engaging the Studio for a project, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
The Studio provides mobile app development, design, and related consulting services as agreed in each project brief.
2. Project Scope
Each engagement starts from the description submitted by the client. Material changes to scope may affect timeline and price and will be agreed in writing.
3. Payment
Projects start from €1,000. Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and additional milestones may apply for larger engagements.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for the project, excluding pre-existing tools, frameworks and components owned by the Studio.
5. Confidentiality
The Studio treats all client information as confidential and uses it only to deliver the services.
6. Liability
The Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
